🏈Cowboys: It’s officially March, which means we’ve been inside for nearly an entire year we’ll soon have some clarity regarding the Cowboys’ quarterback (QB) situation. March 9th is the deadline for the ’Boys to franchise tag Dak Prescott (if they don’t sign him to a long-term deal before then), but an exciting new QB option recently entered the chat.
- Last week, Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson set the NFL rumor mill aflame when reports dropped that Ciara’s hubby wanted out of Seattle. And the Cowboys quickly emerged as a potential landing spot for the eight-time Pro Bowler.
- So will Wilson be 1, 2 stepping over to Dallas? Not so fast. Despite the initial media frenzy and the lack of a long-term contract for Dak, the Cowboys are still reportedly set on sticking with him. Stay tuned...
🏀Mavericks: Thanks to a team-leading 27 points from Luka Doncic, the Mavs defeated the surging Brooklyn Nets on Saturday, snapping the Nets’ eight-game win streak. Not a bad early birthday present.
- Dallas will look to keep the winning momentum going against the Orlando Magic tonight at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT. The Magic have lost their last three, so we have a feeling the Mavs won’t need any tricks to pull out the win.
